Dear Customer,
We are migrating our Datahost infrastructure from the PenDC data center in Bursa to our own independent data center, which we have launched in Ankara.
The migration process will begin on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 4:00 PM, and services are expected to be restored as of 2:00 AM on Wednesday, July 15, 2026.
The reason for starting the migration at 4:00 PM is that, due to the recent management and receivership process at PenDC, equipment entry and exit, as well as technical operations, can only be performed at specific times and with management approval.
With the transition to the Ankara location, we will offer our customers a more centralized, faster, and directly controllable infrastructure.
With our new data center in Ankara:
• All infrastructure and operational processes will be managed directly under Datahost’s control,
• Equipment access and technical intervention processes will be accelerated,
• Higher operational control will be achieved over power, cooling, networking, and physical security infrastructure,
• Technical support and incident response times will be significantly improved,
• Future capacity expansions will be implemented more quickly and in a planned manner.
During the migration, temporary service interruptions may occur at the Bursa location. Our servers and services located in Germany will not be affected by this migration.
Throughout the migration process, you can obtain information via our 24/7 phone number and WhatsApp support line.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Datahost
